little moments

The hummingbirds have arrived. I saw one yesterday. They are so tiny and amazing. I know when I see one it's a reminder to slow down and take time breathe.  Just like so many of us, my life can become the boxes in my calendar if I'm not careful.
I'm really grateful for the tiny moments-the hummingbird was in front of me for about 2 minutes. It was long enough for me to shift my perspective, and change my whole day.
